Ms. Sarah Khan

Sarah studied at University of Westminster, from where she holds a BSC in Architectural Engineering, following which she did her Master's in Industrial Design & Management from London College of Fashion and Design. She was based in the Middle East for over 15 years, initially in the Kingdom of Bahrain but moving to spend most of her time living and working in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates. She returned to the United Kingdom in 2019. Sarah has established several successful businesses both in the Middle East and in London. Her most recent venture is in the hospitality sector, with her creation of a new F&B brand around the establishment of a restaurant and lounge concept in Greater London. Both whilst in the U.A.E. and also upon her return to the U.K., Sarah has been active with a number of charitable organisations. She has held senior positions in institutions such as CARE, Dubai and was also closely associated with the efforts of the Shaukut Khanum Memorial Trust in Dubai and The Citizens Foundation (TCF) chapter of Dubai. She was also on the board of Bahrain Pakistani women's Association.



Ms. Rashda Mahmood

With over 23 years experience at one of the worlds leading banks, HSBC, Rashda is a highly motivated executive with extensive experience in Business Development and Community outreach. An inspirational manager with proven people management and leadership skills. She gave up her role as a Regional Manager of the Islamic Banking arm of HSBC to pursue her passion for the charity sector.

She currently heads up the Philanthropy department at Muslim Aid and has also worked with various other UK charities. Rashda is involved in extensive voluntary work with the local and international community. Rashda is very passionate about her mother land and has a special interest in womens issues, children and education. She voluntarily manages a special needs school in Pakistan, where she has employed and trained young women from marginal backgrounds to become teachers and carers of children that are often forgotten in society. Rashda has also formed womens groups in villages to empower women to take the lead on cleanliness and environmental issues.



Mr. Mohsin Malik

Mr. Mohsin Malik is a Pakistan born British citizen residing in London since 2005. He attains a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Punjab and MBA in Finance.

Mr. Malik started career in 1993 with National Rural Support Programme in its Micro Credit Programme. He worked as Regional Professional Finance & Credit of Rawalpindi Region for 11 years. This more than a decade experience includes economic analysis of credit cases, dialogue with community members, interaction with field staff and local government bodies. Mr, Malik has also delivered numerous trainings on the management of micro credit to field staff and local community organization representatives.

Furthermore, Mr. Malik has worked for 10 years in UK’s public sector, managing payroll of Office of Fair Trading OFT and Competitions and Markets Authority CMA. At present he’s associated with a UK based NGO, Terrence Higgins Trust (THT) since 2016.



Dr. Roomi S. Hayat

Dr. Roomi S. Hayat holds multiple degrees including a Master’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, USA. He has also completed a diploma from Harvard University, USA. Doctorate in Anthropology. Mr. Hayat is the founding Chairman of an international think tank Human Resource Development Network (HRDN). He has served as advisor on International assignments for various bilateral and UN agencies



Mr. Aasim Reza

Mr. Reza earned his Masters' & M.Phil (Development Studies) Degrees. He also possesses a Master degree in English Language and Literature. He has over 20 years’ experience of teaching and training. His areas of interest are Primary Education, Governance, Research and Capacity Building. As a lead facilitator, he has worked on various assignments for SAARC HRDC.
